The only company that relates to physicians at all stages of their careers, we enhance the training, updating, assertiveness and productivity of professionals. Our business model introduces and leads a new category, with high value generation for the entire ecosystem involving Medicine.

The gameplay mechanics are really unique and fun to play with. It takes a bit of time to get used to, but once you do,
it's incredibly satisfying to pull off some of the more advanced
moves and strategies.

BUSINESS

Our operations are segmented into three business fronts: Undergraduate, Continuing Education and Digital Solutions.

In 2022, we proceeded with the strategy of consolidating our leadership in Medical Education. We acquired Unit Alagoas (AL) and Fits Jaboatão dos Guararapes (PE), and inaugurated four Medicine education units inserted in the Mais Médicos program: two of them, in Pará, and two in Amazonas, further strengthening our operations in the Northern Region of the country.

63% of our schools in operation are located outside major cities, reinforcing our proposal to interiorize medical education

69% of the schools are located in the North and Northeast regions

50% of the faculty members are Master's and/or PhDs

> A map with all our schools can be viewed here.

In this business vertical, we operate through IPEMED, driven by a strategy that is based on increasing the geographic reach and the offer of courses:

Physical presence in 13 Brazilian cities, a number that includes two inaugurations during the year: in Montes Claros (MG) and Porto Velho (RO)

56 active courses – 34 launched in 2022 –, including in-person, hybrid, and distance learning

215 active classes

18 medical specialties and multidisciplinary courses

1,068 registered professors

166 institutional partnerships

Our ecosystem brings together 11 healthtechs, which enable us to support physicians in the performance of their professional activities, by offering everything from the decision-making support at the bedside, patient relations and management of clinics and practices, for example, to content and continued learning. All these solutions are gathered in the group we call B2P (business to physician):

1. Content & Technology for Medical Education (Medcel, Além da Medicina, Medical Harbour and CardioPapers)

2. Clinical Decision Suport (Whitebook and Pebmed)

3. Practice Management Tools & Electronic Medical Record (iClinic, Shosp, RX PRO and AgendarConsulta.com)

4. Telemedicine (iClinic)

5. Digital Prescription (iClinic Rx)

6. Physician-Patient Relationship (Glic and CliqueFarma)
